Investigation + Wits - 8 Succ The abandoned house last belonged to the "Hunt" Family. The Last owner of the house died. The house seems to still be standing, gathering dust. Money has been paid to the local council to keep it standing.

Occult + Intelligence - 13 Succ A Shadow figure could be many things. It could be a shadow person, a Poltergeist, a shade, or any demon hiding its true self. Gulfora has a sense that it could be an infernal object. While it isn't a place that would call people of power and greed to settle on it. It has been attracting frogs and locusts. Plagues. Demonic imagery And not only that. The kid that was attacked is acting strange. Talking of a "Great Shadow guarding the Gates." What is going on in that house?

Academics + Intelligence - 5 Succ It is extremely strange that anyone is paying for this house to be standing even with a reason. From what you all could gather, the house is entirely fenced off. There must be a reason someone wants it standing. You all can gather that one of the best courses of action would be to visit the local council offices and maybe a community hall for leads.

Science + Intelligence - 6 Succ A Teen saying he got attacked by a shadow could just be a drug fueled hallucination. Or more likely, some sort of chemical imbalance in the atmosphere of the house.
